  • In Vitro
    Granuliberin R (10 μg/mL) does not alter the release of catecholamines and adenine nucleotides from cultured adrenal chromaffin cells, while the Mastoparan (10 μg/mL) increases both of them.
  • In Vivo
    Granuliberin R (0.1 mg/mL, 1 μg/mL, and 10 ng/mL; injection; single dose for 60 s) interfere in the proliferation of oral keratinocytes and the activity of connective tissue cells when treatment is conducted into rats mandibular gingiva in the vicinity of the right mental foramen.
